10. Terms of Agreement for Service
    I understand and agree that all services included herein are provided for informational purposes only. I understand that I may turn this service on or off at any time by contacting the Clerk of Circuit Court or Register in Probate, and that any use on my part is solely at my discretion. Ozaukee County shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of information transmitted via the service. Ozaukee County reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion, to refuse to include on the service or remove from the service any user as Ozaukee County deems necessary without cause. Ozaukee County assumes no responsibility or liability for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, the suitability, functionality, availability or operation of this service, or the veracity, accuracy, currency, adequacy, completeness, or usefulness of the service. Ozaukee County makes no warranty that (A) the service is compatible with my equipment, (B) the service will meet my requirements, (C) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or (D) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be true, complete, accurate or reliable. I will be solely responsible for any damage to my equipment by virtue of my use of the service. Standard text messaging rates may apply through my service provider. Text messages are not the official notice of hearing. Failure to appear may result in contempt actions, warrant for arrest, fine or other actions allowed by law.
