1. What benefits does Lasata offer for its employee associates?

Lasata Senior Living employees are eligible to receive health and dental benefits, a company-paid life insurance benefit, a variety of voluntary insurance benefits, employee assistance program, paid time off and premium holiday pay.

2. How long will my employment application stay on file?

We keep your application active for six months. After six months, you are encouraged to complete an updated application.

3. When should I expect to hear from the Human Resources Department about my application or resume?

Recruiters make every attempt to contact qualified applicants within two weeks of the application date. Lasata receives a large number of applications and qualified candidates will be contacted.

4. When is my employment application reviewed?

Your application will be forwarded to the appropriate recruiter and reviewed within 2 business days.
