We have had a few inquiries about the snowfall beginning this afternoon through tomorrow morning. Our Highway Commissioner informs me that we are anticipating 7-8 inches over the snow event and that the snow should fall at a relatively steady rate. Highway crews will work throughout the evening and have all hands on deck beginning at 3 am. We anticipate the roads to be snowy, but passable by the time that most county employees report to work.

We do not anticipate closing for non-essential personnel at this time. I will monitor conditions in the morning with our Highway staff. Should conditions deteriorate we will communicate via email.
