A workshop that helps you learn how to manage your symptoms so you can get the most of life.

Put enjoyment back into your life by participating in a Living Well Workshop. If you have a condition such as diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, heart disease, chronic pain, or anxiety, the Living Well Workshop can help you take charge of your life.

You'll get the support you need, find practical ways to deal with pain and fatigue, discover better nutrition and exercise choices, understand how to evaluate new treatment choices, and learn better ways to talk with your doctor and family about your health.

Learn from trained volunteers with health conditions themselves. Set your own goals and make a step-by-step plan to improve your health and your life. The workshop donation of $20. Workshops run 2.5 hours for 6 weeks and are held at various locations throughout the year.
