Our PC technicians are responsible for the connectivity and support of all computer equipment throughout Ozaukee County. This includes evaluation, installation, configuration and support of all hardware and software. Our staff will also act as technical liaisons between users and hardware / software vendors.
Employee Assistance
Employees can call our helpdesk and get assistance on hardware or software questions. Our staff also provides recommendations to user departments on future purchases of all computer hardware and software.
Equipment Recommendations
Recommendations are made to user departments regarding the best equipment for department’s computing needs. We will also assist users with pricing information for budgeting purposes.
