Warrants

To check if you have an active warrant, you may search your name at WICOURTS.GOV and locate your particular case. Click on the case number. Click on "View case details". Any active warrants for this case will be found under Case Summary. If you are having trouble finding your case, try searching by first and last name only.

If you have an active warrant in Ozaukee County, you may turn yourself in to the Ozaukee County Jail before 8:00 am Monday through Friday to possibly be heard that same day at 1:00 pm for a bail/bond hearing. If you turn yourself in after 8:00 am there is a higher chance you will not be heard until the following weekday. 

All warrants must be verified through the Ozaukee County Sheriff’s Office before any individual will be apprehended. The apprehension must be made by a law enforcement officer once confirmation of the warrant is made. This verification can be done by the Ozaukee County Sheriff’s Office or your local jurisdiction. You can contact them at 262-284-7172, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
