FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center of Thiensville will lead a sneak peak of their fitness class, GET UP and GO, designed specifically for Parkinson's and led by Mary Beth Scalise, PT. We will also discuss why consistent exercise is the key to maintaining strength, flexibility and endurance when diagnosed with Parkinson's. Group meets 4th Thursday of each month from 3:00- 4:30 pm.
