A recognition of the need for a proactive
approach to the criminal justice issues facing Ozaukee County’s
juvenile and young adult (18-25) populations spurred the
development of the Ozaukee County CJCC. The CJCC represents a
harmonized effort between the County’s Human Service, Law
Enforcement, Court Operations, State of Wisconsin, and
Not-for-Profit Partners to examine alternatives to and increase
the impacts of the assistance currently provided to the target
populations and all human service clients through the
development of cost effective programming.
