Why complete Power of Attorney (POA) documents? *POAs allow YOU to choose the individual you would want to make decisions for you in the event that you are unable to make them yourself. If incapacity occurs and you are without one, it will likely be necessary for your family or others to ask the court to appoint a guardian - a process that can be costly, time-consuming and cumbersome. * Appointments scheduled on the 1/2 hour. Call Human Services at 262-284-8200 or 262-238-8200 (metro)
