2015-2016 Influenza Information

The Ozaukee County Public Health Department will be offering influenza vaccine at the clinics listed below or at our office Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Flu vaccine is covered by Medicaid, Medicare Part B and may be covered by Medicare Advantage Plans.

The Health Department will need to see the client’s Medicare card or Advantage Plan insurance card. The cost of the flu vaccine is $30 for regular dose or $40 for high dose.

Children's Flu Vaccine

Children’s flu vaccine will not be offered at the clinics listed below. Children whose insurance covers immunizations will not be able to receive the flu vaccine at local health departments and should contact their private provider. Uninsured children and those covered by Medicaid or BadgerCare may call our office at 262-284-8170 to inquire about flu vaccine availability.

Cost of Vaccines

Vaccine for adults is $30 and uninsured or children on Badgercare, 6 months to 18 years, is $10.
